Turtle Creek is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, 12 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. Incorporated in 1892, it takes its name from a small stream that flows into the Monongahela River. The creek’s headwaters begin in Delmont, located in Westmoreland County a few miles to the east.
